We’ve just launched our Menopause Impact Assessment coaching sessions. 

This is a new service where we take you through a validated questionnaire to ascertain your symptom load so you know exactly where you are in your menopause journey. 

We use the results of that to then work with you to find out where you want to get to, we look at what you already have in place to work towards that, but more importantly where your gaps are so you can start working on things straight away. 

The calls last around 45 minutes and the cost is just £23 - which is around $32.
